The experience begins with an exclusive tasting directly from barrels, where you will discover the different varieties of wine that the winery produces. Each glass will be perfectly paired with a selection of local cheeses, elevating the flavors and highlighting the quality of the wine. Here you will have the opportunity to learn about the process behind each bottle and, of course, get your favorite labels directly from the producer.

A journey through history: The underground cellar and the family home

Then, you will descend to an underground cellar dating from 1886, a space full of history and mystery, decorated with a striking work of art by a renowned plastic artist mendocino. Between the stone walls of the cellar, you will be surrounded by ancient pieces that tell the story of the Baquero winery and its traditions. Next, you will know the family home, where every corner tells the story of the family that has preserved the essence of this winery over generations.

Traditional Flavors: The Argentine Roast and the Pleasure of Homemade Dessert

The experience continues with a starter of Argentine empanadas, baked in clay oven, then you enjoy the main course: an Argentine roast of selected cuts and perfectly roasted vegetables. The sweet ending is a homemade dessert, accompanied by a cup of coffee that you can enjoy while you contemplate the majestic views of the Andes.
